Our return policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s) we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
If eligible for a return, you must 1) Contact us stating your order number, item(s) you are returning, and reason why (merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it).
2) Upon approval of your RMA request you will be emailed an address label.
3) Place the item(s) in the original packaging.
4) Affix the provided address label to the packaging.
5) Ship using any traceable method of your choice (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Customers must pay for their return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Worn or altered merchandise will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.
When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 14 days.
We do not currently offer the option to exchange. If you want a different size or color, send back your order for a refund and make a new order.
